After Questions to the Lord Chancellor the main business today is the Children and Social Work Bill. The Bill includes controversial provisions to make the teaching of sex and relationship lessons compulsory. I will be supporting an amendment allowing parents the right to withdraw their children from such lessons. I think this important parental freedom should be preserved.
What ever happened to being a parent. The response ability to look after your own. The shame in that a ‘government’ has to tell a school to educate an infant what sex is. So much for innocence and the beauty of childhood.
