The weather, certainly in Bury, may not have been what we hope for in early July but yesterday was certainly a good day for sport. With the British Formula One Grand Prix being won by Lewis Hamilton and British players winning five Titles at Wimbledon including of course Andy Murray victory there was plenty for sports fans to enjoy. Not to mention Brits doing well in the Tour de France. All this followed up by the Final of the European Football championships. We can only imagine what it would have been like if England had managed to make it through to the Final.
