The main business in the Commons today starts with the second Reading debate of a Bill to allow for the use of small scale Digital Radio broadcasting. Presently because of the way the legislation and the system is established it is not possible for those wishing to broadcast digital radio over a small area are unable to do so. Having looked at it whilst it is a very technical area it does seem to be a sensible measure which I will be supporting.
On the nature front I know many people are experiencing very bad weather at the moment and let us hope no one is injured but it looks as though disruption is inevitable.
