Advent 3 and Christingle

Already the third Sunday of Advent. Two weeks today and it will be Christmas Day. After having had discussions with Mrs N We have decided we should put our Christmas decorations up today. One problem of me being in London all week is that there are not many days when we are able to do things ‘together’. There is also one of my favourite church services of the year today the annual Christingle Service during which Sunday school children will perform their Nativity Play. Muslims in Bury will be marking the birth of their Prophet Mohammad today too with a procession from one of the Mosques.
