I attended a special communion service yesterday for St. Anne’s Mothers’ Union. St. Anne’s have one of the strongest and largest Mothers’ Union anywhere in the Manchester Diocese (and probably the Country). Around 70 members attended yesterday when it was announced the Chairman Marion Sutcliffe will be standing down as she is leaving the area. Marion has been Chairman for 47 years. A record of dedication she can be proud of and St. Anne’s is truly thankful for.
