Local election nominations 2016

The deadline for candidates being nominated to contest this year’s local elections passed on Thursday and yesterday the full list of those nominated was published. In Bury Labour and the Conservatives are contesting every one of the 17 seats with the Greens, Liberal Democrats and UKIP also fielding candidates in some seats. The full list can be found here
