Good news. The official consultation on the plans to build on Bury’s greenbelt has been extended. Instead of closing before Christmas it will not close until after the Christmas and New Year holiday on 16th January.

Wow. So many words to say they wanna build 277,000 houses on land that we ( the ‘Populists’!! ) or people don’t want them to build on. The M60/62 will probably just STOP in the near future, what’s Smart in that. Nearer home – Pilsworth the Vue/ Warners/Mega bowl site will be used for more wharehousing, opposite a superstore but no what we need more space to store goods made elsewhere (abroad). Meanwhile on a micro level Fairfield Hospital still uses only one road to get into it – ohh pooh. Thanks for trying though, you are up against a big dopey machine run by graduate idiots.
