Armed Forces Bill and rural funding

On a day when millions will be mourning the passing of David Bowie the House Of Commons will start business with Home Office questions and then, after any urgent business, the main business of the day is dealing with the remaining stages of the Armed Forces Bill followed by a debate on the funding of rural areas.  At the other end off the Palace of Westminster their Lordships resume operations this week.
