Armed Forces Bill

The main business today is the Committee Stage of the Armed Forces Bill which provides for the continuation of the UK’s armed forces. Before that after a gap of three weeks the Prime Minister himself will answer questions at Prime Minister’s Questions. 15 questions are on the order paper from the ballot ( 8 Conservative, 3 SNP, 2 Labour, 1 UKIP and 1 Ulster Unionist ) and I was 8th in the list of those not printed so quite high up. Today is the last day of Government business before the Christmas Recess as tomorrow will be business determined by the Backbench Business Committee.
