Remembrance Sunday

I will be joining the Mayor and other Civic leaders in laying a wreath at the War Memorial by the Parish Church in Bury this morning before attending the Service of Remembrance. I will do the same at the Tottington parade and service this afternoon before attending the roll call service at St. Anne’s Church in Tottington this evening. As I attend these services I always reflect on the ultimate sacrifice made by so many in order that we can have the freedoms we enjoy today. I also remember all those who have to live their lives with a disability having been injured in conflict.
