Sunday lunch at Ramsbottom Cricket ClubSunday lunchtime saw me visiting Ramsbottom again for the second time in 24 hours but this time the venue was not the Civic Hall but Ramsbottom Cricket Club and the occasion was a Sunday Buffet Lunch organised by the Bury North Conservatives Ladies Committee.
The buffet was as ever extensive and varied and it is not surprising the event was so well attended. It is only by holding events such as these that the parties can continue and personally I much prefer this approach than the idea of state funding for political parties
