Green Action Day

Today has been the Conservatives’ Green Action Day and I have been out with a group of Conservatives tidying up a very litter affected area in Redvales Ward. I think days where politicians actually do something rather than simply talk about things are crucial if we are to rebuild trust in politics. All too often people say they do not engage in the political process because they do not believe anything politicians say. So what better way of rebuiling trust than to take action to solve a problem and not just talk about it.
