The biggest story of the Sunday papers has been the “revelation” that David Cameron had been involved with canabis when he was at school. I guess most peoples reaction will be the same as mine so what? It was a long time ago ( over a quarter of a century by all accounts ) and should not now preclude him from seeking the highest elected office in the land. As for me have I ever dabbled with drugs as they say? The answer is quite simple – NO. I do not even take paracetemol and the like.

Mr Nuttall,
Should cannabis be decriminalised? Or would this trivialise the dangers of drug use?
Should it be up to the individual or the Government to decide which substances can be consumed?
Should David Cameron resign?
Anyone who feels cannabis or any other Drug should be legalised is either on it or wants to make money selling it. It should be banned and treated as a major offence with an automatic jail sentance for using or possessing any quanity. If Mr Cameron finally admits he’s taken it. Then he should be arrested. If a person is caught selling then the jail sentence should be a minimum of 35 years. If the penalty is hard enough it will make it not worth using so not worth trying to sell it. I also get fed up with people who want to link drugs and alcohol. Cannabis leads to hard drugs and for those who say not always find me a user of heroin who has not had cannabis or another ‘soft’ drug first.I had friends at school who ‘smoked a few joints’ they are dead now. Please people get real. Ban it completely and all recreational drugs. It leads to crime, old ladies being robbed and mugged and a lot of rich terrorists and criminals.I’ll not be voting for Cameron now.
Was he wearing a hoodie at the time of the event?
Mr Nuttall – David Cameron’s past should be a worry to the electorate. Old Etonians have not exactly covered themselves in glory as leaders of this country. Have they? Cameron is simply not up to it.
Doing drugs certainly shows a weakness of character and a dissatisfaction with who they are. It also projects an inability to face reality. I do not think these qualities are appropriate to hold the highest office in the land.
I care!
Cameron should loose his job over this. There is no way this excuse for a man can ever be allowed to run the country or lead the mighty Conservative party into the next election. What if he has one of these ‘flashbacks’ at a crucial decision momment? We are in an age where we are fighting evil, our leaders can not have drug induced psycosis. The two greatest PM’s of our time- Churchill and Thatcher never ‘smoked dope’ so why does Cameron need to?
Rule Britanica and Long live the Queen!
